Client-supplied garments

1.1 Omen Printing will not take any responsibility for sizing, shrinkage or quality of garments supplied by the client.

1.2 In some cases print quality may be affected by the garment material (i.e. lycra/synthetics). We will do everything we can to ensure a high quality print although expectations must remain reasonable when printing on synthetics. Please see our blog on dye migration.

1.3 Client supplied garments may incur a handling fee, individually bagged and individually folded will incur a handling fee per garment.

Omen-supplied garments

2.1 It is the client’s responsibility to check all size guides for their garments. Omen will not take responsibility of any fit issues once garments have been selected by the client.

Shipping

3.1 While Omen Printing will do everything we can to ensure garments are delivered on time it is the client’s responsibility to ensure they visit us with ample time before any deadlines.

Turn around time

4.1 While we offer a 10 day working turnaround (plus delivery), during busy periods our turn around can increase up to 20 working days. Unless you have paid an express turnaround fee we will prioritise you in our print schedule based on payment date and quantity.

Goods on Delivery

5.1 It is the client’s responsibility to check all sizes and quantities within 7 days of receiving their goods. After this time Omen Printing will take no responsibility.

Artwork/Proofs

6.1 It is important to remember that colours will never be the same on a digital file vs. a printed garment. Omen Printing will not cover any costs if the colour is close to the provided artwork or colour approved on the proof.

6.2 Once the proof is approved and garments printed Omen Printing will not take any responsibility for issues that are displayed on the proof. It is the client’s responsibility to check proofs thoroughly including colours, print size, garment colour ways etc. 

6.3 When supplied artwork is of poor quality and the client is not wanting to have a vector re-draw and is happy to proceed to print with poor quality artwork Omen Printing will not be responsible for poor print quality due to the poor artwork.

7.1 All above terms and conditions apply to orders resulting from this promotion.

7.2 Listed discount value is specific to the ‘print run’ and applies only to the ‘printing’ prices listed in the quote or invoice, not the total value of the price quote or invoice.

7.3 In order to redeem the listed promotional discount, the ‘referred friend’ must be able to provide evidence of referral if requested by Omen Printing.

7.4 In order to redeem the listed promotional discount, the ‘referring friend’ must be able to provide evidence of ‘referring a friend’ if requested by Omen Printing.

7.5 In order for the ‘referring friend’ to redeem the listed promotional discount, the ‘referred friend’ must have accepted the invoice and proceeded with the order.

7.6 Validity of ‘evidence of referral’ is at the discretion of Omen Printing.

7.7 Limit of one redeemable discount per order
